Basement Post-Mitigation

Basement had 4-ft of water

The crew successful pumped out the water,  removed the contents and cleaned the basement. Within a hard days work the customers home looked like "It Never Even Happened"

Bathroom floor has molded due to improper care

Bathroom Mold Damage

Bathroom floor has molded due to improper care from the home owners. Leaving the shower curtain on the outside of the tub when showering. This allows water to run down the curtain and onto the floor. Overtime the floor began to retain water and mold began to grow.

SERVPRO team was able to discover the problem, clean and dry the area and provide the customer with a way to mitigate the situation. Always shower with the shower curtain in the shower, so the water just ends up back in the tub.
