Water heater pressure value broke and unloaded gallons of water into the basement. Most of the customers contents were ruined and slowly started to mold. The SERVPRO team was quick on the job, removed/disposed of contents, disinfected area and dried basement floor. The customer came to the basement in complete amazement of what was accomplished in such a short time. Even making a comment on how it smelt so good and there was no longer a musty smell. Not only does our SERVPRO team make quick work, but they never stop until the customer is satisfied. We want all of our customers to be saying, "Like it never even happened."
