At SERVPRO® we are training the next generation to build a better future.

As part of our mission to make fire and water "Like it never even happened." this year we launched Construction Services. One of the biggest problems we found facing Hancock County residents was long delays in getting rebuild or remodeling services after a fire or flood. Many local construction companies are seeking bigger opportunities throughout the midwest. On top of that the average age of a construction worker today is 46 years old which means this problem of a lack of available contractors is only going to get worse over the next ten years.

People should not have to be out of their home for six months to a year just because their local contractors have flocked to opportunities in the big cities. We want to bring the same fast, reliable service found in the major metropolitan areas to Findlay, McComb, Benton Ridge, Arcadia, Fostoria and Arlington. We made the decision to become a full service mitigation business and invested time and resources into our SERVPRO® University training program to provide construction training in addition to the mitigation services we are known for. We hired several skilled carpenters, painters and drywallers, and are training new employees in the trades. I love that we’re one step closer to making fire and water damage "Like it never even happened."
