Mold Remediation

This basement located in Ohio had previous water damage. We’re the first line of defense for any water or growth issues.  Unfortunately, without proper drying this caused a 'perfect environment' for microbial growth. Our before picture shows a ‘white line’ which indicates where the water went up to and shows the microbial growth. After placing a containment barrier, the crew and Production manager removed all non salvageable contents.  Any salvageable contents were placed in one area for the homeowners 'keep' pile. The crew then completed demolition of drywall and insulation. After completion of demolition, the crews placed air movers and dehumidifiers for drying.  Daily, a crew member would arrive at the home and complete monitoring to ensure proper drying is completed.  After drying is complete, the crew wiped down all salvageable items with anti-microbial. Our final step of the process is spray sealing the stud wall system where growth affected the area.
