Grill Hood Cleaning
Keeping the grill hood and ventilation clean in a restaurant is very important. This is for both cleanliness and safety. If grease and/or debris begin to clog the vent, then it becomes a fire hazard.
Here, one of our crews set up a catch basin for the residue that would come out of the grill hood once it was power washed. As the crew members began to power wash the vents, you can see that the debris, soot, and smoke passed through the vents and into the basin. Once the water runs clear, you know that the vents are free from debris.
